Radiation Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Technologist / Planning Dosimetrist to join our Radiotherapy Physics department at the Royal Derby Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the production of external beam treatment plans and undertaking a range of mould room tasks.

• Production of external beam treatment plans
• Undertaking mould room tasks, including immobilisation shell fitting and creation of lead shielding
• Assisting the lead mould room Clinical Technologist and leading in these activities during times of absence

• Numerate degree
• State registration as Clinical Technologist or Radiographer
• Significant experience of radiotherapy treatment planning
