Key Responsibilities:
- Drive leadership of a technical and security-minded team, focusing on working with platform teams to improve controls and provide an understanding of the risks posed by their platform.

- Prepare, support, and influence training and development material to support the Security Champions with subject matter expertise, influencing business, technical, and security teams in understanding and sharing knowledge and best practice.
- Collaborate with engineering teams (including developers and product owners) to ensure that CISO guidelines are met.
- Develop and implement security strategies to protect the company's products and services.
Requirements:
- Analytical mind, willing to challenge to understand more and seek data-driven opportunities to improve.

- Understanding of AWS, cloud, and security development concepts (including the use of security tooling in CI/CD pipelines).
