The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Ambassador to join our Tag Heuer boutique in Liverpool One. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a passion for luxury watches, and a keen interest in high-end retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, building long-standing relationships and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Utilize professional selling techniques to engage clients, complete sales, and provide outstanding after-sales service.
- Represent David M Robinson and Tag Heuer to an excellent standard at all times, embodying the brand's values and reputation.
About You
We are looking for a confident and consultative individual who can articulate a professional client appointment. The ideal candidate will be focused, understanding, and able to communicate with a range of clients to an exceptional standard.

- A competitive basic salary, dependent on experience, ranging from £24,000 to £26,000, plus commission and quarterly bonus.
