About the Role

We are seeking experienced social workers to join our team in Sandwell. As a social worker with HCRG Workforce Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality social work services to clients in Sandwell
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective care plans
  • Conduct assessments and reviews as required

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration
  • Relevant social work qualification with at least 2 years post-qualifying experience
  • Current DBS/DBS Update Service
  • Access to a car and a full UK driving licence
