Learning Support Assistant (Dyslexia Support)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with additional needs, including Dyslexia, to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support children with Dyslexia in a 1:1 or small group setting.
  • Collaborate with the faculty, SENDCo, and SEN professionals to develop holistic learning plans.
  • Guarantee a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Assist in accommodating the needs of children with EHCPs.

Requirements

  • A degree in Psychology or Education from a top UK university.
  • Previous experience working with children, especially those with Dyslexia.
  • Enthusiasm and dedication to supporting children with additional needs.
