As a Teaching Assistant with MAT Recruitment, you will play a vital role in supporting the social, emotional, and mental health needs of students who require additional support. This is a Temp to Perm Contract, commencing as soon as possible.

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient individual who can work effectively in an environment where every student's needs are recognised and supported. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one support and group work to enhance the learning experience of students. This may involve working closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure that students receive the best possible support.

In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to participate in staff training and development programmes to enhance your skills and knowledge.
