About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Account Director to join our team at All Response Media. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading client relationships and delivering exceptional media campaigns across integrated channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading performance marketing agency in the UK, managing over £250M of ad spend across TV, Digital, and Offline in the UK and over £100M across the EU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client meetings and relationships to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.
  • Manage client's business to ensure optimum spend and maximize ROI.
  • Develop and implement strategic media plans to meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Identify new offline media opportunities and investigate their feasibility for ARM clients.
  • Develop and lead training programs to increase offline media knowledge within the agency.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in a similar role working with offline media channels - TV, radio, outdoor, and print.
  • Fully conversant (planning and buying) across several media channels, including TV.
  • Strong client relationships and ownership of several accounts.
  • Sound experience working at strategic level and making recommendations.
  • Team management to deliver effective media campaigns across integrated channels.
  • Developing and mentoring to ensure exceptional client delivery.
  • Establishing and managing long-term client strategies.
  • Taking an active role in new business generation.
  • A confident communicator; written and verbal. Lead client meetings and presentations.
