Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sustainability plans, focusing on reducing our carbon footprint and promoting environmentally friendly practices across our operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into our business operations, ensuring that our goals and objectives are aligned with our overall strategy.
- Lead the development of our annual Sustainability Report, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of transparency and accountability.
- Manage and analyze data to inform our sustainability decisions, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies, to ensure that we are meeting our sustainability obligations and staying ahead of emerging trends and regulations.
- Proven experience in sustainability management, with a strong understanding of environmental policies and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, including the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing.
