About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Manager to join our team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust. As a key member of our Sustainability Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our sustainability strategy, ensuring that we continue to meet our ambitious goals and make a positive impact on the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sustainability plans, focusing on reducing our carbon footprint and promoting environmentally friendly practices across our operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into our business operations, ensuring that our goals and objectives are aligned with our overall strategy.
  • Lead the development of our annual Sustainability Report, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, including the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing.
