Freelance Courier

Our Edinburgh transport hub is currently seeking part-time Delivery Drivers, also known as Driver Guards. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for the safe handling and transportation of customer and company goods while maintaining excellent levels of customer service.

This role involves driving an armoured vehicle between clients and destinations, ensuring high standards of service and safety. You will complete deliveries with precision, adhere to safety protocols, and perform vehicle checks before each journey to guarantee reliable service.

We are looking for a dependable, punctual, and great communicator who is a strong team player with a positive attitude. Flexibility is key in this role, including working weekends and bank holidays. We offer full training, uniform, and Personal Protective Equipment where required.

To succeed in this position, you must meet certain security criteria:

• Pass a criminal record check
• Have verifiable employment history
• Hold a valid UK driving licence
• Obtain an SIA licence (we will cover the cost)

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £13.40 per hour, rising to £14.40 after probation. Additional benefits include 24 days holiday per year, a 12-week induction programme, life assurance, and employee assistance.
