Professional Coffee Equipment Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in the manufacture of professional coffee machines as a Field Service Engineer, covering the Northampton areas.

Due to ongoing expansion and growth plans, they are looking to expand their Field Service Engineering team within and around Northampton.

The opportunity for a Field Service Engineer:
  • Install, commission and set up the companies' commercial coffee equipment.
  • Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance services.
  • Attend reactive breakdown and call-outs.
  • Operator training (e.g., operation and cleaning of coffee equipment).
  • Self-sufficient management of spare parts stock holding in service van.
Requirements:
  • Strong electro-mechanical knowledge.
  • Professional in nature and drive to represent the business in a positive manner.
  • Relevant industry experience on bean to cup coffee equipment (desired but not essential) - as full training will be given in the shape of a formalised mixture of in-house and on the road.
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Have initiative, motivation and focus.
  • Good and effective communication skills.
  • Ideally a Field Service Engineer's background.
