About the Role

We are looking for a talented Quality Technician to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing product quality. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Investigating, analysing, and resolving quality issues.
  2. Providing technical support to the production department.
  3. Maintaining QA records and procedures.
  4. Ensuring laboratory supplies and equipment are maintained.
  5. Analysing and reporting on quality trends.
  6. Conducting analysis, development, and testing of products, raw materials, and packaging.
  7. Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on technical trials.
  8. Managing and processing supplier information.

You will work closely with the production team to deliver high-quality products to our clients. We require a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

We offer a competitive salary of £14.93 per hour, plus benefits including 26 days holiday per year. The role is based in Northampton and requires a 10-month fixed-term contract.
