The Role

As Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that you and your team excel in your duties. This includes making sure our rooms are always clean and comfortable for our guests. You'll work closely with reception to ensure that any special requirements are met. Daily room checks are crucial, as is replenishing stocks of essentials like tea, coffee, and toiletries. Efficiency and multitasking are key, as is a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
