At Breedon Group plc, we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and commitment to making a material difference to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activity of our Technical team, ensuring everyone returns home safe and well each day and our compliance and quality standards are maintained.
You will work closely with our Sales and Operations teams, acting as a technical expert in supporting the resolution of complaints and queries and offering recommendations for alternative products when needed. You will also report and interpret test data from our online portal and produce reports of non-conforming material, ensuring corrective action is taken and root cause analysis is carried out.
You will work as part of the wider team to optimise the use of materials; you will also have the opportunity to develop new products and concepts as we continue to grow and diversify.
This role does not have any direct reports.
