We are seeking a Corporate Accounts Assistant to support our clients in the Bristol area.
The ideal candidate will have AAT Level 3/4 or ACCA/ACA Part-Qualified and experience preparing company accounts using accounting software.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing a portfolio of dormant accounts and ensuring completion to deadline
- Preparing and/or reviewing non-complex small company accounts and corporation tax returns
- Drafting more complex small company accounts to be passed for completion and review by a senior team member
- Basic dividend planning with assistance
- Drafting basic partnership and non-resident company tax returns for review prior to submission
- Using Xero for bookkeeping assistance and updating client records following accounts preparation
- Assisting with providing information to our UK and US tax teams on clients' corporate position
