Job Title: Service Engineer - Fire Suppression Systems

Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer - Fire Suppression Systems to join our team at Integral UK LTD. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of sprinklers, gas suppression, fire detection, and integrated security systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of dry riser systems, including visual inspections and tests using specialist equipment.
  • Assist with routine inspections and maintenance of fire hydrant systems.
  • Generate detailed reports of service/job activities along with photos/videos of works carried out.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients and internal teams.
  • Undertake servicing and repairs of riser systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience of servicing and maintaining dry riser systems.
  • Knowledge and experience of wet riser pressure & flow testing.
  • Experience of wet riser fire pump testing and adjustment.
  • Working knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Experience with repair and maintenance to BS9990 standards.
  • IFEDA Trained/Certified or equivalent.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to work away from home occasionally.
