About the Role

CNN International, a leading global news organization, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join its Advertising Sales team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to Sales Planners, Managers, and Directors, ensuring the smooth execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the booking of TV and online advertising deals, prepare confirmation and post-campaign reports, and send billing/payment notifications.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all campaign components, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Organize weekly team meetings, respond to client/agency inquiries, and perform general administrative duties.
  • Manage prospect and status sheets, campaign history sheets, and chase copy from clients and/or agencies.

Requirements

  • Excellent administrative skills, with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in building and maintaining relationships with clients and agencies.
  • A keen attitude, willingness to learn, and motivation to progress within the industry.
