We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited as an Industrial Paint Coater. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Spray Painters to take their skills to the next level and work on a variety of wood-based products.

About the Role:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing with sandpaper, scrapers, brushes, and solvents.
- Select, match and mix colours according to client requirements.
- Apply primer coats, main coats and finishes using industrial painting equipment.
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Touch up paintwork where required to meet high-quality standards.

Salary and Benefits:

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Spray Painter or similar role. Minimum 3+ years of experience in a painter or sprayer position.
