Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Management Advisor to join our team at Cameo Consultancy (Recruitment) Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to develop their skills in credit control, account management, and customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales and customer service teams with daily tasks, including reviewing new account applications, reconciling customer/supplier accounts, and managing relationships to resolve account queries.

The role also involves communicating effectively via email and telephone, assisting with departmental tasks, participating in ledger reviews, collaborating with internal departments and the Financial Shared Service Centre, supporting company audits, credit control, managing sales ledger accounts, chasing, reconciling, and allocating customer accounts, placing and releasing accounts on hold, raising credits and processing refunds, managing various payment transactions, purchase ledger, uploading invoices into SAP, reconciling supplier statements, managing payment runs, managing petty cash and cheque payments, chasing internal invoice approvals, expenses, managing staff cost centre data, creating new users, approving business expenses, and resolving expense-related issues.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, good numerical skills, ability to work effectively in a team, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, and excellent communication skills. Sage and SAP knowledge is an advantage.

The starting salary offered is £25,500.00 per annum, with up to £26,427.45 dependent on experience. The hours are 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 17:00 pm, with 1 hour for lunch, hybrid options available.
