Ribbons & Reeves is partnering with an inclusive Secondary School to expand their team of dedicated professionals who can provide support to students with additional learning needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with pupils, treating them with respect and consideration.
- Assist pupils with their educational and social development, on an individual or group basis.
- Minimum of a 2:1 degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology or Education.
- Experience working with children in an educational environment is desirable.
- High expectations of learning and teaching.
- Able to be a positive role model.
- Collaborative working skills with a range of children.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain insight into working within a school as a SEND Teaching Assistant, with hands-on training and support from other members of staff.
