Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payroll via Sage, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Processing: Calculate and process payroll, including salary, tax, and social security withholdings, as well as other allowances and benefits.
- Administrative Tasks: Process new hire and termination paperwork, maintain attendance records, and draft contractual notifications.
- Employment Law Support: Provide guidance on employment law and regulations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience using Sage or similar accounting software, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
