About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious Lifeguard to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our customers and staff while using our swimming and pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise customers and other lifeguards during pool operations
  • Act safely and responsibly while overseeing the health and safety of all pool users
  • Ensure excellent attention to detail to prevent accidents and ensure customer safety
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the pool area

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or be willing to gain this qualification with our support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering first-class customer service
  • Attention to detail and ability to work safely and responsibly
