**Responsibilities**

* Manage the sales and purchase ledger, including month-end reconciliations and analysis of aged debtors
* Liaise with suppliers to discuss payment terms and negotiate favorable agreements
* Prepare and review budgets, ensuring tight control of costs
* Provide detailed financial reports to the MD, including profit and loss, accruals, and prepayments
* Conduct bank and balance sheet reconciliations
* Develop and implement financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

**Requirements**

* Qualified by experience or an active studier in finance or a related field
* SME background with hands-on experience in financial management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* First-rate systems skills, particularly in Excel
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
