Job Title: Mailroom Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mailroom Administrator to join our team at Crooton. As a Mailroom Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the flow of documents and mail within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and processing confidential documents
  • Batching, registering, and validating documents for scanning
  • Checking inbound mail for any potential threats
  • Completing quality checks to ensure accurate and complete document processing
  • Working in a document archive library to locate and retrieve specific documents
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a production, mailroom, or data centre environment is preferred
  • Excellent data entry skills and familiarity with computer keyboards
  • Knowledge of scanning documents is a plus
  • Ability to work to targets and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail is required for quality checking
  • Safety shoes will be required, but Meridian can provide them
