Global Demand Planning Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Demand Planning Director to join our team at Krispy Kreme. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning strategies that drive sales and profit growth across all markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop market-specific strategies to optimize sales and profit conversion through demand planning.
- Test and learn approach to initiatives, formulating hypotheses and proving them out using data analytics before scaling.
- Implement strategies with local markets through consultation, training, and review processes.
- 10+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, and business analytics.
- Strong analytical and data mining skills, preferably from a data science, statistical, or market intelligence background.
- Experience in forecasting, preferably in an FMCG background.
- Advanced data modeling and analytics skills using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Commitment to data quality and business process.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with multiple business stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities.
