Job Title: Quality Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to support production processes and improve manufacturing efficiency at Omega in Tewkesbury.

You will be responsible for processing non-conformances using software packages like TIPQA, developing corrective actions, and enhancing quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong quality background, experience in manufacturing and assembly environments, and familiarity with RCCA methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and facilitating manufacturing nonconformances.
  • Supporting manufacturing process improvements.
  • Completing nonconformance reports and predispositions in relevant software packages.
  • Contributing to manufacturing process development through PFMEA, control plans, and other methodologies.
  • Facilitating measurement system analysis studies and process capability assessments.

Salary and Benefits: Estimated £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, offering a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development.
