About the Role
As a Customer Service Team Member at Tesco Belmont Rd Belfast, you will be responsible for delivering a great shopping experience for our customers. You will be the face of Tesco, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers leave the store with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe store environment, achieving high standards of customer service and sales.
- Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers and promoting our offers and promotions.
- Work flexibly across the store, including working on the shop floor, in the service areas, and in the picking and replenishment areas.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere and promoting Tesco's values.
