Job Summary:

A dynamic and experienced fundraising professional is sought to lead the development and management of an Individual Giving programme with a focus on direct mail and digital platforms. As a key member of the fundraising team, you will work closely with the Head of Engagement and Head of Digital to devise and execute strategies to acquire and retain donors, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Individual Giving strategy, incorporating direct mail and digital platforms to drive growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Engagement and Head of Digital to design and execute campaigns, ensuring alignment with the charity's overall fundraising goals.
  • Analyze fundraising performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies to maximize results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to inform fundraising strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in individual fundraising, with a track record of success in direct mail and digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate fundraising performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of marketing best practices and techniques, with the ability to apply this knowledge to fundraising strategies.
