About the Role

Raymarine UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the project management department and drive the successful introduction of cutting-edge marine products to the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, dependencies, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, supply chain, and marketing teams to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and align multiple project goals, timelines, and deliverables with overall strategic objectives.
  • Optimize resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency and minimize costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee the execution of projects within the program, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

Risk Management and Mitigation

  • Conduct program-level risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges across multiple projects.
  • Monitor and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Stakeholder Communication and Reporting

  • Facilitate regular communication among stakeholders, providing updates on program progress, challenges, and key milestones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Quality

  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure project and program deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Manage, resolve issues, and report on NPI products through Infant Monitoring.
  • Support quality initiatives and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Ideally an advanced degree.
  • Project management certification.
  • Proven experience as a Program manager.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in bringing complex hardware, software, and App products to market.
  • Proven experience in digital services and transformation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management processes, tools, and software.
