KS2 Teacher Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced KS2 Teacher to join our dynamic school in Hackney. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in inspiring and guiding our Key Stage 2 pupils to achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum, fostering a love for learning in our students.
- Support the academic, social, and emotional growth of our pupils, providing regular feedback and guidance to ensure their progress.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages collaboration and mutual respect among students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions to support their development.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a focused and productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning, sharing best practices and expertise to drive school improvement.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS2, demonstrating a strong understanding of the curriculum and assessment framework.
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and engage pupils of all abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach, with a passion for creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
