CNC Sliding Head Programmer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Sliding Head Programmer to join our team at Kenton Black Group. As a CNC Sliding Head Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating various CNC Sliding Head Machines, producing high-quality components, and loading and unloading of parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programming and operating CNC Sliding Head Machines
  • Producing high-quality components
  • Loading and unloading of parts
  • Manual inspection of parts using micrometers, verniers, and callipers
Requirements:
  • Experience in operating, setting, and programming CNC Sliding Head Machines
  • Experience with Star and Citizen Machines Fanuc Controls
  • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
  • Experience with machining of exotic materials
  • Minimum of 2 years working within a precision engineering company
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
