We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Gordon Yates. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and preparing large data sets using SPSS, ensuring high-quality reports according to project protocols.
Responsibilities- Utilize SPSS to clean, analyze, and prepare data sets for reporting purposes
- Liaise with audit participants, steering group members, clinical leads/consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication
- Develop updates for participants and email notifications using Dot mailer
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track progress and store data
- Verify data accuracy and collaborate with audit participants as needed
- Enter data into report templates, prepare and mail audit materials, and follow up on correspondence
- Maintain existing databases, design new databases as required, and manage database operations
- Organize online events and workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development
- Perform general administrative tasks to support project work, including travel arrangements, minute-taking, printing, stationery ordering, and mail-outs
- Proficient in statistical software packages, including SPSS and Excel, with strong numeracy skills
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days of office work and 3 days of remote work on a full-time basis. The salary for this position is £27,385-£30,053 per annum, which translates to £17.23 per hour minimum.
