We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Planning Coordinator to join our team at Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of the development programme, you will be responsible for managing the project team, instigating actions, and assisting in development programme preparation.

The successful candidate will have experience delivering private residential schemes and potentially some affordable housing, with the ability to work as part of a team or individually. A good knowledge of planning, technical, architectural, and engineering issues is essential, along with a keen grasp of building regulations and legislation.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to progress with a forward-thinking company that can offer a great working environment and progressive opportunities. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the members of the project team effectively
  • Instigate all relevant actions detailed within our Technical Procedures
  • Assist the Technical Manager in Development Programme preparation
  • Brief, manage, and drive external Consultants in the preparations, issue, and approval of construction information and sales/conveyance information
