Job Description: We're currently seeking a skilled Payroll & Accounts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing payroll data, managing sales invoices and credits, and maintaining accurate records for payroll and accounts. You'll work closely with our finance team to ensure seamless integration of payroll and accounting processes, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll data into our software programme, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage sales invoices and credits, allocating cash to client accounts and ensuring reconciliation of these transactions.
- Maintain accurate records for payroll and accounts, including banking and reconciliations.
- Generate and send remittance advices, uploading information generated from the payroll system.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of payroll and accounting processes.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent administrative skills, with a focus on attention to detail and organisational ability. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, as well as previous experience in a similar administrative position. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial, with strong communication skills and a professional approach.
Salary Estimate: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
