Ultrasound Technologist

About the Role:

You will be responsible for performing complex ultrasound examinations, developing and maintaining professional relationships with patients and staff, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our imaging services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying relevant medical histories and taking detailed records
• Employ advanced ultrasound techniques to produce high-quality images, meeting clinical standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinicians to discuss patient cases and develop treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, implementing changes to optimize patient care

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in medical sonography or related field
• Active RDMS registration and current BLS certification
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
