Strategic Public Sector Recruitment Expert

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant with our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking group that values collaboration and mutual growth.
We're currently seeking an accomplished recruiter with expertise in data within the public sector. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional results and building lasting relationships, this could be your ideal opportunity.
In this role, you'll cultivate and nurture client relationships within the public sector, leveraging your knowledge to identify and meet their unique staffing needs. You'll excel in lead generation and business development, securing and managing your own client portfolio while employing a multifaceted approach to talent acquisition. This may involve utilising resources such as Bullhorn CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events to attract top candidates.
You'll conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments to gauge candidates' skills and suitability for a wide range of roles within the public sector. Your negotiation prowess will come into play when overseeing job offers and efficiently managing the onboarding process for successful candidates.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Substantial experience working within public sector frameworks such as NHS, CCS, or similar.
- A proven track record of achieving and surpassing billing targets and KPIs, supported by your expertise in 360 Business Development.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building enduring connections with clients and candidates.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate the complexities of data-centric roles.
We can offer you a highly competitive salary of £35,000 - £55,000 (inclusive of DOE) + OTE + outstanding benefits. You'll also have access to continuous training and development opportunities to enhance your professional growth.
