Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Cambridge. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a memorable and unique experience
  • Develop and maintain a strong product knowledge, including our latest collections and product lines
  • Drive sales through effective sales techniques and promotions
  • Assist with sales and promotions preparations, including visual merchandising and store displays
  • Build customer loyalty and maintain ongoing contact with customers through our CRM resources
  • Organize and maintain the store, including deliveries and floor replenishment
Requirements

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic individuals with at least 3 years' experience working in a luxury service retail environment. A college degree in fashion or a related retail industry is strongly preferred, but not required. Experience with retail point of sale systems and key holder experience is a plus. Brand Ambassador experience and language skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean are also highly valued.
