Higher Capital Consulting is partnering with a leading PERE firm to hire an Investment Analyst. This is a rare opportunity to join a top-tier team and contribute to all stages of the investment life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and execute potential real estate acquisitions, including equity and debt investments
  • Model complex cash flows, research real estate markets, public equity, and debt opportunities
  • Assist with asset management, including business plan development and exit strategy planning and execution

We are seeking a candidate with at least 1 year and maximum 2 years of experience in real estate and/or Investment Banking or from a Big 4 accountancy firm. A graduate from a top university is required. The ideal candidate will have superior analytical, quantitative, and technical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling.

Please note that given the complexity of the financial modeling across the capital stack, we are expecting a top academic record and 1 year of experience in a leading PERE or Investment Banking firm.
