Product Manager - Compliance

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager - Compliance to lead the development and execution of compliance initiatives for our gambling platforms across online and retail environments. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet all legal, regulatory, and responsible gaming standards while maintaining an optimal user experience. The successful candidate will work closely with legal, customer experience, operations, and technology teams to ensure our gambling platforms remain compliant and secure. This is a full-time, permanent position, working remotely with a competitive salary depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain a product roadmap focused on compliance features and functionality for online and retail gambling products.
  2. Collaborate with the legal and regulatory teams to understand and interpret relevant regulations, including AML, KYC, responsible gambling, GDPR, and regional gambling laws.
  3. Work with technology and CX teams to design features that ensure compliance without compromising user experience.
  4. Drive the development of tools and processes that streamline compliance-related tasks, such as automated KYC checks, AML monitoring, and reporting.
  5. Ensure proper documentation of compliance processes, updates, and product development iterations.
