About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at MacIntyre. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism to live fulfilling lives.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing rotas, completing supervisions, and deputising for the Frontline Manager. You will work closely with the staff team, encouraging and coaching them, and identifying training needs. You will also take turns working shifts on a rota, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.

About the Team

Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. We are a small cluster of three individual residential care homes, providing the best support to six people who have a learning disability. Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the people we support.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in social care, ideally supporting people with learning disabilities or autism. You will need to be a driver with a manual licence, in order to drive service vehicles. You will also need to be a positive and enthusiastic individual who is keen to grow and develop. We celebrate and develop everyone's unique gifts, talents, and contributions.
