Training Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Training Coordinator to join our team at Egis Group. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our training activities, ensuring that relevant training is booked and delivered, and maintaining accurate records of employee training.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate training sessions and events, including booking venues and liaising with internal and external training providers;
- Maintain comprehensive records of employee training, including qualifications, certifications, and professional development;
- Process purchase orders, receipts, and invoices related to training expenses;
- Manage the CITB levy/claim process in collaboration with Business Billing;
- Support the delivery of regular reports and ad-hoc projects as required;

Requirements:- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
- Prior experience in an administration role, preferably within a training environment;
We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
