Job Title: Support Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualized care and support to young residents, serving as a positive role model and advocate for their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care and support to young residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Engage in activities that promote the young people's development, interests, and hobbies.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
• Empathy and a passion for helping young people.
• Ability to work alternate weekends and bank holidays.
• Willingness to participate in physical activities.
• Prior knowledge of child protection issues and understanding of the development needs of children and young people is desirable but not essential.
