Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Production Support and Engineering Excellence Lead to join our team at PepsiCo UK's Cupar manufacturing site. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our production processes.

Responsibilities:
* Effective cross-shift communication to resolve reactive issues promptly
* Provide hands-on fault finding and rectification when required
* Liaise between Operations and Engineering teams
* Work with Maintenance Planners and Asset Care Teams to complete planned maintenance
* Support First-Line Managers by providing engineering expertise to sustain shift performance

Requirements:
* Time-served electrical engineer with ONC/HNC qualification in relevant discipline
* Strong problem-solving skills and computer literacy
* Familiarity with CMMS software and relevant knowledge of PLC control systems
* Good influencing, presentation, communication, and decision-making skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
