About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at Lookers Bishop Stortford Land Rover. As a key member of our Service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle health checks using the latest technology and diagnostic tools.
- Perform vehicle services in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests.
- Carry out any additional repairs once authorized by the customer.
- Warranty repairs will be performed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, and all relevant documentation will be completed.
- Take customers' vehicles on a road test to ensure all faults are rectified.
- Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, motor industry experience (brand or non-brand), and a full and valid UK driving license. You will be self-motivated, able to support your team, and eager to learn, with a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of work.
