Business Development Manager Role

At City Group Recruitment, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of the Interior Design and Refurbishment target market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Generate outbound sales leads and manage inbound sales inquiries within their region.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, prospective clients, and partners within their region.
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and arrange in-person meetings to promote business growth.
  • Analyse CRM data and target audience profiles to inform and enhance the broader sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to guide prospects through the sales funnel.

Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of the Interior Design and Refurbishment target market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on growth and client engagement.

Working Environment:
