About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Witney Day Nursery and Preschool. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging activities that promote child development and foster strong parent-child relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and implement activities tailored to individual children's needs
- Develop and maintain partnerships with parents and carers
- Promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety
- Work collaboratively to maintain a positive and safe environment
Requirements:
- Full Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents
- Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
