We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at AF Blakemore - Retail Careers. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in our Tenbury Wells SPAR store.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store sales and profitability.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive growth and improve store performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure effective communication and coordination across the store team.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and store operations.
