Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lettings Manager to join our Stanmore office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the estate agency industry, with a focus on creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of lettings professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their targets. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about property, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a strong client base by building relationships and providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage and motivate a team of lettings professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase market share
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience
