Job Title: Client Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Work closely with senior management to scope new service lines and develop business opportunities.
  • Review and implement efficient processes to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor workflow and deliverables to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
