Job Title: Results Measurement and Analytics Expert
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Results Measurement and Analytics Expert to join our cross-cutting Impact Reporting Team (CDIIR) at the World Bank Group. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the measurement, analysis, and reporting of development impact results for IFC's Investment services (IS) and Advisory services (AS) operations.
About the TeamThe CDIIR team is responsible for developing and implementing the IFC's development impact assessment framework (Anticipated Impact Measurement and Monitoring- AIMM) for its investments, providing technical support to operations related to structuring, appraising, and monitoring investment and advisory projects, and overseeing the development and implementation of sector economic analyses with a focus on solutions for private sector development.
Responsibilities- Support the coordination of data collection on AIMM terminal assessments and related analysis of the drivers of successes and failures, building on XPSRs and light-touch XPSR-equivalent analysis of project results.
- Support all corporate reporting on AIMM, including periodic reporting for Regional and Industry teams etc. This includes the development of the Development Impact Report for CDI, or other reporting on impact more broadly.
- Support implementation of the AIMM IT system, and policies and procedures for AIMM reporting.
