Senior Associate - Wills and Probate

Nockolds Solicitors Limited is a dynamic and progressive law firm with a strong presence in Bishop's Stortford, London, and Spain. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Wills and Probate team in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation and execution of complex wills and estate plans, ensuring exceptional drafting and administration skills.
  • Provide expert guidance on estate administration, including probate and inheritance tax planning.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Wills and Probate team.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing training and performance management to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seminars and write articles on Wills and Probate topics, enhancing the firm's reputation and thought leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in the team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' PQE in Wills and Probate, with a strong track record of complex estate administration and will drafting.
  • Membership of STEP and completion of STEP qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong business development and marketing skills, with a proven ability to drive growth and revenue.
  • Proficiency in IT and a willingness to adapt to new technologies and systems.
